Information provided for financial assistance or Marketplace enrollment may be maintained in a federal System of Records and may be shared with related entities as permitted or required by applicable law.

Licensed Agents and Brokers

We may share information with licensed insurance agents and brokers to facilitate your insurance application, provide insurance options, communicate with you, and assist with enrollment.

Insurance Carriers

We may share information with insurance carriers offering products you have requested or for purposes of processing applications, determining eligibility, underwriting, issuing policies, or servicing coverage.

Service Providers

We may share information with third-party vendors and Service Providers that perform services on our behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, analytics, fraud prevention, communications, technology services, hosting, customer support, security, and data verification. These Service Providers may access PI only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are subject to applicable contractual or legal obligations.

Once your application has been submitted to your chosen health insurance company, CMS, or another relevant party, you may need to contact that entity directly to update information maintained by that entity.
